Every customer with The Generator receives access to two platforms; The Generator Course Authoring Technology and The Generator Learning Management System (LMS).
Our pricing plans include an annual fee for The Generator Course Authoring Technology and a fee for “Consumption Learner” access.
This pricing is very flexible and based on the number of learners who access and engage with your course content, not how many learners simply have access. This is the difference between a consumption learner and an active learner. When a learner logs into the learning management system (LMS) AND engages with your course content, we call them a consumption learner because they are consuming content.
Each plan provides a consumption learner allowance, where you select your pricing tier based on the number of learners who will be both active AND engaged with the content each month. Any learner who is active, but does not access any courses or engage with any content, will not count toward your consumption learner allowance.

No, all customers will receive cloud-based access to The Generator course authoring platform and a cloud-based instance of The Generator Learning Management System, which can be accessed anywhere, any time, and on any device.
Yes, no matter what LMS your content is hosted on, you will maintain complete ownership and control of your content and who can access it. You will also be able to see details reporting of how your customers are engaging with your content.
Yes, while The Generator is extremely user friendly, all customers will receive dedicated account manager support and a complete one-on-one onboarding consultation.
All plans are billed annually and any overages (users beyond your plan) will be billed monthly. You can pay via credit card or invoice.
